Customer receipts and committed uses — editable KES by week

The default fixed and other-committed buckets retain the workbook totals. Split them into additional categories only after reducing the original bucket, so a payment is counted once. Base and downside receipts/payments can differ; all other entered uses apply to both cases unless a stated stress control changes them.

Interpret the result.

The financing need is the peak reserve gap, not the sum of every negative closing balance. No corrective injection has been inserted into these schedules.

A week closes after that week’s receipts and uses. Cash needed earlier within a week still requires a daily schedule. No breach in 13 weeks is not infinite runway.

Borrowing and owner funds are financing inflows, not operating revenue. Shifted receipts beyond the horizon are disclosed, not silently deleted.

Formulae and symbol definitions.

\[ C_t = C_{t-1} + R_t + E_t + F_t - U_t \]

Cₜ = Cₜ₋₁ + Rₜ + Eₜ + Fₜ − Uₜ

Cₜ is week-end cash; Cₜ₋₁ is opening cash; Rₜ is operating cash received, Eₜ new owner funds, Fₜ new borrowing and Uₜ all scheduled cash uses. Values are KES in week t; t runs from 1 to 13.

\[ \text{Reserve funding need} = \max\!\left(0, B - \min_{0 \leq t \leq 13} C_t\right) \]

Reserve funding need = max(0, B − min(C₀ … C₁₃))

B is the chosen KES reserve floor and C₀ opening unrestricted cash. This is the initial buffer required to cover the deepest forecast gap, assuming the remaining cash flows are unchanged.
