Interpret the result.

Advance is 52.00% of invoice face value. Cash-cycle diagnostic: 60 days (inventory + receivables − payables). This does not reset the selected tenor.

Principal-based simple annualised cost: 42.33%. Cash-flow effective annual yield: 51.61%. Neither is a statutory APR or a lender quote.

Interest uses the chosen day basis on remaining principal. Repayments divide principal equally; dates use rounded whole-day spacing. A value of one produces a bullet repayment.

Deposit and all order costs occur on the draw date. Same-day collections are available before repayment in this end-of-day model. Set a delay if clearing occurs later.

Late collection does not automatically extend the loan: contractual repayment dates remain fixed. Default interest, rollover fees and new rescue borrowing are not assumed.

The separate evidence ledger never gets added again to the order cash schedule. Resolve entities and obtain independent trade evidence before classifying credits; this summary form does not detect circular flows.

Formulae and symbol definitions.

\[ I_j = B_j r \frac{\Delta d_j}{Y}, \qquad \text{cost} = \sum_j I_j + \text{fees} \]

Iⱼ = Bⱼ × r × Δdⱼ / Y; cost = ΣIⱼ + fees

Iⱼ is interest for interval j (KES), Bⱼ its opening principal (KES), r annual nominal rate as a decimal, Δdⱼ actual whole days in that interval and Y the chosen 360/365 day basis. Fees are percentage-of-original-principal plus fixed KES fees.

\[ N = P - \text{withheld charges}, \qquad \sum_j \frac{R_j}{(1+y)^{d_j/365}} = N \]

N = P − withheld charges; Σ Rⱼ / (1+y)^(dⱼ/365) = N

N is net day-zero advance and P actual original principal, both KES. Rⱼ is the KES repayment at day dⱼ after draw. y is the effective annual cash-flow yield, solved from the displayed dated repayments; a 365-day year is used for this yield.

\[ \text{Simple annualised cost} = \frac{\text{cost}}{P} \times \frac{365}{d} \]

Simple annualised cost = cost / P × 365 / d

P is original principal and d the facility tenor in days. This simple principal-based comparison differs from the cash-flow yield and is not a regulatory APR.
